We value providing great places to live to our residents.
Our targeted sellers are non-institutional property owners of units built after the 1970s who are motivated to sell. Currently, we are targeted in the Jacksonville, FL area and other selected southeastern metropolitan areas which have experienced strong growth in population, median household income and median home/condo growth since 2000, and are expected to continue to do so. Jacksonville is one of the best trending investment markets.
